*All reservations must be accompanied by a first night non-refundable room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Room rates are subject to increase for upgraded rooms. Room rate is subject to selling out prior to the cut off date. Rooms booked on 5/22/2026 or after will not be eligible for the Act 1 Talent room rate. If calling for reservations, don’t forget to mention Act 1 Talent to receive our special room rate. Resort fee provides access to enhanced guest room high speed internet access, yoga classes with a professional instructor, daily 2 hour bike rentals, tennis and basketball court access, including racquet and ball rental.
